Won't let me log in because I am abroad

Won't let me log in because I am abroad

The spotify app logged out of my account because I am suposelly using it for more than "14 days" abroad my country, which I haven't been out for that long. And still, I've previously use it for 4 months abroad and this didn't happen. And now it won't let me log in! What should I do?

Hello @Diogomlacerda!

 

I'm sorry you're having this issue... Unfortunately the Spotify Free version only offers 14 days in a different country than is registered to the account. If you upgrade to premium it allows use even when you're in a different country and you don't even have to change your country (unless you're moving there permanently). You can read more about this policy here.

 

I'm sorry it appears that your 14 days aren't quite over yet... there could be variety of reasons this is happening.
