Won't let me save music even though storage isn't full

I've had a Spotify Premium for about a year now and haven't had any problems, but within the last few weeks I have been unable to download or even save music and artists to my account. I've tried undownloading all my music and unsaving artists to make more space, logging out of the app, deleting the app, but nothing has solved the problem. The issue is happening on both devices my account is located on (iPhone 7 and MacBook). Any suggestions to fix the problem would be greatly appreciated.
