Won't let me subscribe to premium

Won't let me subscribe to premium

Grrrrr.....I have been a Spotify member for about a year....every month I go through the usual drama of having to delete the app to re subscribe to premium....which might I say is annoying! This time it won't let me do it even if I do delete the app and even if I log out and back in etc.....not happy! Please help😩

Hey Staceylou! Welcome to the community!

It sounds like you were trying to subscribe through the iTunes Store. Unfortunately, Spotify doesn't allow subscriptions through the iTunes Store anymore. You can still subscribe to Spotify Premium on their website here

It sounds like you were trying to subscribe through the iTunes Store. Unfortunately, Spotify doesn't allow subscriptions through the iTunes Store anymore. You can still subscribe to Spotify Premium on their website here

Hi, i tried suubscribing for a premium account on the website, but it won't let my process go through. 

So it asks me what I want to pay with, I click paypal, then it makes me login to my paypal account, and when i click "Agree and Checkout" or "Pay" or something like that, it tells me that its "Processing", but then it brings me back to the page where it asks me again what my payment method should be!!

I tried again with my Debit card as well and I still get the same thing. Please help

That's weird! Could you try to use another browser and check if it works there? Let me know how it works out!

It's doing the same thing for me. I've tried three different browsers and used both my debit card and my paypal balance. It says processing and then goes back to the billing screen.
