Your Playlists on App instead of Your Library

Hi all,

Tonight I introduced my family to Spotify and upgraded us onto a family account. I set up my Mum's account and showed her how it works, but my Dad's isn't the same as our version. Down in the bottom right corner where you usually find Your Library - his says Your Playlists. When searching for an album, he can't simply save it like I can and find it under the 'Albums' tab, beacause the only tab he can access is 'Your Playlists.'

I've attached a couple of photos so hopefully what I'm describing is easier to follow.

Any ideas on how I can sort this for him?

Spotify is always testing new things in order to improve, so sometimes one account gets a feature that you don't get or it's the other way around: https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/system_settings/why-am-i-seeing-different-features-than-my....

Thanks for your answer, appreciate it. Where do i go to petition them to change it to a nice normal version and tell them ir sucks 😂
