account/device problem

hello, I need help with my account, when I log in on my ipod touch 5G  the application closes immediately and sends me to the main menu. I already delete the application, restart the ipod and it still does not work.

I have the same issue (ipot touch 6th gen), ios 11.2.5. Hard-reset, delete & re-install does not work. On 1st installation it asks for credentials, then it simply closes. On next attempts spotify app / logo apears for about 3 seconds then it closes. Help appreciated.
