Can't sync spotify with offline mode

Hello I've bought spotify premium about a week and a half ago and I don't understand why I can't listen to any music offline. This happens on my phone and ipad. I have enough storage space to do so. Can anyone help?

Can't login to apps on IPad or iPhone, no problem loging into website

Updated apps, changed PW 3 times, website works fine to login but can't login to iPad or iPhone.Deleted apps & reinstalled them. No luck w same username & PW from website. Frustrating....

Hello, I have a 80GB IPOD model A1136. I have dowloaded spotify on my mac, but when I try and sync my playlists it adds the name of the playlist on my ipod but does not download my (offline) songs to the ipod? Can anybody help please? Thanks Sanjiv
