Can't find settings menu on app iPhone 7

Hi can anyone help I can't find the settings menu in my iPhone 7. Can't listen to music in my Ford Fiesta via USB as the track plays for about 1 second then skips to next. Anyone any advice or ideas?

music stopping

after i click on a song it'll play for about 15 seconds and then just stops and i click on it but my account just stops working also ill click on some songs and they won't even play at all!!
