can't access or open my playlists on the Spotify app on my iPhone.

I can't access or open my playlists on the Spotify app on my iPhone. The app is extremely slow, which has never happened before. I’ve even tried reinstalling it, but that didn’t solve the problem. Can you please help?

I have spotify premium. Can not play any song in my phone. Strangely, the same issue is there when I try it from the web browser. Tried everything from reinstalling and clean reinstall and so on, Nothing is helping, 

Please resolve the issue

Same thing happend to me. I tried to many things but nothing was changed…

I did the same. Now I have tested on every devices I own It just not working.

Thanks for posting this thread in the Community! So we can investigate what's happening we'll need some more info. 

 

Kudos for giving Spotify a reinstall, but did you notice when this started happening on your iPhone, if it was after an update for example? Have you tested with another internet connection Wi-Fi, mobile data?

 

Other folks that have posted in the thread, it'd be vert helpful if you could share what devices this is happening on for you and what steps you've tried from your end to hopefully fix the behavior. Additionally, let us know if you're seeing any error messages and you're also not able to open your playlists like the user that created the thread, or if it's only the songs that don't play.
