can't login

hi, im running the latest version of spotify on an iphone 6s running ios 10.3.3 and i cant login. The first image is how the app opens, and when you press login, the app does nothing and stays on that screen for a good 2 minutes, until finally the app proceeds to the second image and gets stuck there. please help.

First, you can try to turn off and turn on your device. See if you'll be able to log in succesfully.

If not, you can try reinstalling. Reinstalling gives the app a new lease of life, fixing many common issues you may be experiencing.

Note: Any offline playlists will need to be redownloaded after reinstalling.

For iPhone:

1. On the home screen, tap and hold the Spotify icon until it shakes.
2. Tap the X symbol on the icon.
3. Open the App Store then search for and install the Spotify Music app.
