cant listen to music without wifi connection

i have a premium accont but i have nothing downloaded, but when im with my 4g connection, without wifi the app does not let me listen to any song...

ive tried to install again the app, and the configuration where you allow the apps to be used with the 4g connection, i dont know what else to do.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. Could you also try resetting network settings in Settings>General>Reset?
