 I was playing my music until I went to my other playlist and when I wanted to play shuffle it said spotify can’t open this type of link on this type of device, does anyone know how to fix it?

This is also happening to me on my I phone 7 and I thought it might be because my phone software was not up to date but I just updated and I am still having the same problem.
