i have the app and down loaded music available offline on my Iphone 7 yet on the app on my ipad has the same downloaded music is not available offline ?

 

do i have to download the same music to different devices ? i thought once downloaded we could listen on any device if we have premium ?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

In this case, you'll have to download the tracks on each device. You can sync up to 3,333 tracks on 3 separate devices. There's more info here.
