from free to premium

Hello,

first of all, sorry if my english isn't that good i'm from germany.

i used spotify premium for ca 2 years now and i payed it over itunes. yesterday when it would extend automatically i didn't have enough money and clicked downgrade to free so i can cotinue to listen to music. 

today i bought an itunes card and changed the abo in my settings to premium again but when i open spotify it's still saying that i'm a free user. i tried to sign out and re-install it but i'm still listed as a free user. 

can someone help me?

Check the status of your subscription here:

https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

If it appears as Free, the payment probably didn't go through on Spotify's side.

For the time being, it's better to get your Premium through the website:

https://www.spotify.com/premium/
