Hey @ALERLE4! 

Have you already tried these steps to see if it helps? If it doesn't help you, can you let me know your device's make and model, along with the Spotify version it is running?

Feel free to send us a quick video of what's happening so we can check it out.

Also, could you try logging in on another device with the same OS to see if the issue shows up there too?
