i cant delete a downloaded playlist

i can’t delete a certain playlist that i downloaded by accident.

It seems that something is indeed off with that button on your end. Have you tried placing your app in offline mode from the app settings, under 'Playback' and trying again? If your app is currently in offline mode, try switching it to online to see if that would make a difference.

If nothing helps, try installing a completely fresh copy of the app by following the steps here. This action will remove all your downloads and should potentially resolve the issue for you. Try downloading the playlist after to see if there's a difference.
