My Question or Issue

Well i was trying my account and everytime i try to do it it gives something went wrong like in the below picture i entered debit card not working, credit card not working, even tried your advice for using private browser or another one or incognito not working as well give me the same message please i need assistance with that...

It's good that you tried an incognito window since this step usually helps when the error message on the image you sent us appears. No worries, we can provide you with some more troubleshooting steps to try.

 

First of all, make sure you restart your router or modem and try again. It's also a good idea to test if you observe the same under a different network. If it works with another connection, it's best to contact the service provider of the original network for more information. For example, some shared or public networks (e.g. schools/work/office) might restrict access to certain services, which would explain what happened here.
 

In case you don't see any difference after troubleshooting your network, try updating the payment method on another device just to check if you observe the same. If it doesn't occur on a different device, we'd suggest making sure that your original device is up to speed with any software updates available.

Ok my friend i tried the method that you told me . Tried my own mobile internet  company didn’t go through and also tried to restart the router like you told , tried another Payment method same thing didn’t go through . Just gave same error

If troubleshooting your Internet connection didn't solve this, we suggest you try disabling any power saving or data cleaning settings on your iPhone. Alternatively, you can try authorizing Spotify to run without restrictions despite the mentioned settings being enabled. Make sure you try this since such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity.

 

If checking your apps and settings doesn't do the trick, it's a good idea to get in touch with the payment service provider of your debit/credit cards. It's possible that some changes could be made on your bank's side that don't allow you to process recurring payments.
