iOS 10.2.1 downloaded songs not available offline

Hi,

I am subscribed to Spotify premium but looks like I am not able to play downloaded songs offline on my iPhone running iOS 10.2.1. My subscription is up-to-date as I have set up autopay every month. I only have 2 other devices that currently have Spotify installed and running. I have uninstalled and re-installed the Spotify app on my iPhone a few times already and redownloaded all the songs but the issue is still not fixed. Please help.

Did more digging around and finally figured out how to fix this. What I did was go to the Spotify website and log in to my account. Checked the list of offline devices registered to my Spotify account, and found that I have extra iPhone device. Removed that one extra device and I can now play downloaded songs on my new device in offline mode. Hope this helps anyone else with similar issue.
