iOS 13.3.1 iPhone XR "couldn't load the page"

iphone XR iOS 13.3.1

since a few days, all suddenly, I couldn't load my Spotify app. It says "couldn't load the page". I can see my albums, but I can't open anything or listen to music. I tried to log out, log in again, reinstalled the app twice and yesterday I was able to update to iOS 13.3.1. Tried the same thing again...nothing works! Who knows how to solve this? I checked the payment as well, no problems there...

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Just to confirm, since you mentioned you already updated the operating system of your device and reinstalled the app, have you also tried performing a 'clean' reinstall? It'd be great to try as it'll get you a brand-new as well as the latest version of the app.

After the clean reinstall, go ahead and restart your device so that it's synced with all the content on the Spotify servers by the next time you open the app.

I tried this twice and it's still not working.

Any other suggestions? This is killing one of the main features that influenced my choice of Spotify over Pandora.

After the 2nd try, this fix also made my app start to bug - showing wrong artwork, skipping incorrectly, and freezing. I had to perform it a 3rd time to get it back to normal. Please patch this on iOS. It used to work seamlessly.
