iOS 9.2 and Spotify 4.6

Having issues across all my iOS devices with the latest Spotify app.

 

The app does not stream on wifi both at home and at work - I get offline messages on all the iOS devices while I know I can stream Pandora, Apple Music, Netflix (so it isn't a network issue).  However, the app does stream on LTE without any issues.

 

Any thoughts?

Matt - tried all that and it didn't work.

 

Did some more digging over the weekend and found out:

 

1.  My kids were messing around on streaming at home between multiple devices (several iOS and Android) and some how caused a confusion in the network on which device was actually streaming the music.  As a result, I could stream while not on wifi (didn't work at home or at work wifi) but it worked just fine on LTE.

 

2.  Restored my wife's iPhone to a previous save and that seemed to have cleared up the wifi issue.  Evidently, by restoring the iPhone, it cleared up the "clog" on all the devices, but was not getting album art. 

 

3.  Yesterday, it all resolved itself.  Not sure if it was due to the fact that I was out of the house and streaming via LTE.

 

Some strange stuff here but the issue seem to stem from the wifi being confused and stuck due to my kids actions.  All is good now.

Can you try logging out of the app and then log back in? If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the iOS app to see if that works.
