My Question or Issue

I have just restored my new IPhone 11 from a iCloud Backup of my previous iPhone 8 Plus and I noticed that the Spotify app was missing.

I have tried to reinstall the app from the App Store without any success, the process fail after few seconds.

I have tried to restart the iPhone, use WiFi or mobile connection, logout from iTunes and App Store, but the problem still remain.

Hey @Emasil,

Thanks for reaching out about this here and welcome to the Community.

It'd be great to double-check that you have enough storage to allow the necessary space for the app on your device. To take a look at this, go to Settings > General > [Device] Storage.

It'd also be helpful to make sure that your device operating system is up-to-date before trying to download the Spotify app. To see the currently installed version of iOS and whether there's any update available, go to Settings > General > Software Update.

Let us know how you get on. We'll keep an eye on your reply!

Thank you for the reply, I solved the problem at last.

I reset all content and settings and once again I have restored the iPhone from the same backup of the first time.

It seems that something went wrong during the first restoring operation.

there was, and there still is, more than 64Gb of empty storage memory.
