[iOS][Other] iPhone app freezes when opened without wifi or 4G service.

I have premium, have for quite awhile, and until now, everything about both the iOS app and desktop app have worked great. But recently whenever I get in my car and go to play something already downloaded to listen to offline, the app freezes. It just opens, and freezes, usually on the home tab. I've closed and reopened the app, turned wifi off, logged out and back in, deleted and reinstalled the app, but the only way this issue seems to go away is whenever I connect to wifi again or get a 4G signal, which where I live is hard to do. If I at all try to use the app without wifi or 4G I have this issue. Being able to so easily download albums to listen to offline is one of the main reasons I got premium in the first place, so this issue really makes my premium subscription a waste of money for me.
