[iOS] Radio Station with Unavailable Songs

I searched and didn't see another post about it, so I thought I'd post it.

If I start a radio station and the 1st song in the list is unavailable, the radio station will refuse to play unless I select a song from the list that is available. It will prompt with a popup saying "Song Unavailable. You can still start radio based on this artist."

If a song is unavailable while skipping through the playlist, the song will just be skipped and no prompt will be given.  

If I am on the last song in the playlist and it wraps back around, that 1st unavailable song won't generate a popup, it will just be skipped.  The popup only seems to appear when hitting "Play Radio" from the radio tab and it tries to play the 1st song in the list and that song isn't available.

Is this the intended behavior?  I would have expected the 1st song in the playlist to just be skipped like the other songs.
