I always use Spotify for my daily work, when I play video games or just chilling. Sometimes I’ll play Spotify on my IPad, Pc, or on my PS4. But I normally play it on my iPad. I do not know if it’s my Spotify or my IPad until I went to YouTube to check out the audio over there and it is confirmed it’s Spotify. I do not know what happen to the audio and I do not mess with any settings to get a better volume or whatever.I’m just using the app to listen to music. But now I can’t because it sounds funny :(. Like playing some of Trevor Something songs it sounds way off and it’s ruining his voice. I try the equalizer but that didn’t help because it didn’t help the other songs sound better. It’s there a bug or a “reset” to get my volume back. I refuse to listen to any music without this getting fixed.

I also sometimes use Bluetooth headphones and for some reason the audio is fine with headphones..I swear I was listen to music yesterday and it was fine until today. 😞

Have you tried to force close the app and open it again? Does it still sound weird? Also, have you tried a clean reinstall? It may be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. If you have questions about this process, this page might be helpful for you.

We'll stay tuned for your reply. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
