My Question or Issue
Hello,
For 2 weeks the spotify application has been shutting down by itself for no reason on my iphone. I think it came from my phone but no because I just changed it (Old iPhone Se to iPhone SE 2020) it is annoying because in 1 min it crashes 3 times suddenly I no longer listen to the music. I have just taken a premiun subscription so if it is not to use it, it will be annoying.

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app following the steps here? It's different than the standard reinstall.

I've been having the exact same issue for the past few weeks.
I tried to delete the app by following the specific steps (clear cache etc) but it is still crashing after a few minutes of opening it.
I have already tried but the same. I have not had the problem for a few days, it had to be corrected.

If you're also experiencing an unusual draining of the battery, we recommend checking this Ongoing Issue. You can add your +Vote and Subscribe to be on top of any new updates we share about it.
If this isn't the case, could you let us know if this happens when using WiFi, mobile data, or both?
Also, make sure that there aren't any battery-saving or cache clearing settings enabled as they might interfere with the app's performance.

there is no unusual battery draining.
And the issue occurs on both, wifi and data.

Does this occur when you're logged into the app or directly when you open the app?
We also suggest that you perform a soft reset of the device and ensure that the device has enough storage space.
