My Spotify iOS app still has the old design with the hamburger button in the upper left, instead of the new design with the categories along the bottom.
I have tried logging out and back in, I have also tried un-installing and re-installing the app. Neither have worked. Spotify customer service has sent me a test log-in which did change the app to the new look. But when I logged back into my (premium) account, the app went back to the old look.
Any idea what's going on here?

The new menu layout will be rolled out to all users in the next few months. You can't force the update to the new menu. Just be patient and it'll come to you too!
