iPad unable to play ANY songs - won't play downloaded/offline tracks or stream from radio.

iPad unable to play ANY songs - won't play downloaded/offline tracks or stream from radio.

Spotify Premium was working until this morning. When I went to play one of my playlists this morning in offline mode it indicated it was playing, but never left the 0:00 time mark. This is true of all tracks I've tried, and I'm unable to stream from radio stations. I've re-synced all the playlists, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify and the issue persists. What next? I'd hate to have to completely reboot my system over this and if I have to I'll likely not bother downloading spotify again...

Would you be able to read through and try all the steps in the iOS troubleshooting guide as it most likely is not a connection issue. If the steps don't help, please fill in the support template and I will offer more help!

First thing I would suggest is you have a read at and try the steps that are applicable in the connection troubleshooting guidelines and see if that helps.

Didn't work - and most of those tips are for PC. This is my iPad. Spotify is working fine on my PC and my Droid mobile, but my iPad won't play anything. Like I said above - I've uninstalled and re-downloaded the app from the app store, and have synced and re-downloaded all my music - it's just the nothing will play. It all sticks on the 0:00 mark.

It was clearing the Safari history/cookies that needed it - I don't even use Safari except to accept terms of use for wifi at work...wonder what set it off...

This has been happening to me to. Mine would play one song then when I went to play another it wouldn't play, I've tries so many songs to see if any would work but they don't. The only way I could play a song is if I logged out and logged back in. I don't want to do that every time I want to listen to a song. I'm going to go back to pandora, Pandora never does this
