iPhone 6 doesn't stream over LTE

I saw many many people have this problem on different platforms, but there hasn't been a real solution as far I've seen it.

iPhone 6 of my girlfriend works perfectly while on Wifi, on LTE spotify says: you're offline.

Tried to reset, network reset, reinstall, relog in already, but nothing is working.

On our Android phones it's working no problem.
