iPhone app doesn't work

iPhone app doesn't work

Brief description of the issue:

I have a family account used by two people. The application works fine in mac, but it does not in our iPhones. Even if I can play my playlists and albums, I can't access the home, explore, search and radio tabs. It happens since at least one week.

 

What steps you’ve tried already:

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and changed a few settings like musique quality.

 

Your device and operating system (e.g. iPhone 5, iOS 8):

I've got an iPhone 6, iOS 10.3.1, but same thing happens in a iPhone 5, iOS 10.3.1

 

Type of Spotify account you have (Free or Premium):

Premium family

 

The app version of Spotify you’re using:

 The last one: 8.4.0.623

Same problem for months... even got a new iphone. It got worse. Tracks wont play.
