iPhone gets HOT

This started only a couple of days ago. I would listen to music on Spotify and my phone would begin getting really hot. Within 30 seconds of listening to a song I lose 10% battery. When going on any other app(fb/YouTube/snapchat) using internet I won't lose any percentage for the next 20 min. I tried reinstalling spotify , taking the phone case off, updating my iPhone, updating Spotify and nothing is working. The minute I turn it on my phone heats up! Help I need music!!

I'm having the same problem. Tried reinstalling and turning off all background activity for all apps. Pls help!
