iPhone has unsynced playlists & now can't resync

Spotify suddenly unsynced all my offline playlists on my iPhone 4S & now I cannot sync anything at all for offline. It just turns the arrow on the right green but doesn't download & the download green arrow that usually appears on the left doesn't appear. I uninstalled & reinstalled spotify but it still won't sync. This is useless to me with offline mode as I have no data connection at my gym.
Please help!

Thanks - but I can only see the regular reinstall instructions here which I carried out already & when I reinstalled all my playlists were intact but still couldn't sync. Someone suggested a clean installation above so I assumed that was different
I may just unsubscribe ;-(

have you tried logging out and then back in to Spotify.
