iPhone issues with going online every 30 days not being updated

My iPhone 6, iOS 10.2.1, latest Spotify update 8.0.0.529. I've been using Spotify for over 18 months and this never happened yet. We have to go online every 30 days which I do on a regular basis. I went online today and when I go off line I still get the message that I have to go online within 4 days... I logged off and logged on again. I deleted the app from my iPhone (and iPad) and reinstalled it. I redownloaded all the songs & lists and I still get the same message. From past experience, in 4 days I won't be able to listen to offline music.  Help please!!

Same  here ,  This  just  started doing it on my I phone  also . Also  says  go online within 4 days .Any  answers?
