iPhone playlists disappeared, won't sync

My desktop playlists are working fine, although a few times I had the 'failed to sync' message. Playlists were not syncing on my iphone 5 with latest software. So i deleted the app and reinstalled, and now NO playlists exist! I've tried restarting, going offline and online etc but nothing helps.

starred folder is full, but it just shows inbox and local files

I'm logged in on the desktop and iphone.

Any ideas? I know they've had issues but not seen any updates nor this specifically called out recently.

Well the playlists appeared back on sunday morning bizarrely. No response yet to the ticket I put in a few days ago.

Spotify has a lot of emails to look through. Hopefully they can help you soon.

They did reply and said they'd fixed it. So I hope it stays fixed 🙂

Oh... I misread your post. I'm glad it's fixed.

Hi i'm french, i have the same problem, and it's not fixed.

In playlists tab, i only have the selected playlist and the Inbox.

All other playlists doesn't appear.

Do you have a solution pliz?
