iPhone skipping, stopping and starting

iPhone skipping, stopping and starting

Hi,

 

For the last few days, Spotify on my iPhone and Mac Book has been randomly stopping and starting and skipping through songs. I spent an hour speaking to one of the customer service reps today and they made me delete my old account and make a new one, and of course, when I reopened Spotify on my phone, it did exactly the same thing again within about 30 seconds of me using it. It seems to be fine on my Mac Book but not my phone. I've already changed the settings that people have suggested, Gapless Playback etc., and nothing is working. Does anyone have any suggestions before I cancel it? Thanks

To start, can you let us know what device, operating system, and version of Spotify you're using?

 

Also, have you tried reinstalling Spotify with these steps?
