ios app doesnt recognise 30-day trial

hi!

i joined spoitfy last week and subscribed to the 30-day premium trial.

the desktop app is working fine, no music and high-quality songs.

but on my iphone it says my premium test is expired. before that it said the "... hours remaing"-thing.

i already uninstalled, started new and then reinstalled the app. no change.

on my ipad there is no such massage btw.

 

can someone tell me what might be the problem?

Hello.

Logging in using "rockafinger" as your username should certainly get you up and running with Premium. Still nothing?

Can you try logging out of the app, fully restarting your iPhone and then logging back in again?

Also, I'd suggest you to re-install the app on your iPhone as it often helps. 

i already logged me in and out several times.

and as i mentioned in my first post, reinstaling with a restart in between didn't solve the problem.

 

any other sugestions?

Do you have your account linked to Facebook? Have you tried to log in using your email address and username?

i created an account with email/username and password, then linked my account in the desktop-app for the social-/friend-stuff

 

on my phone im logged in via username/password.

What happens if you log in using Facebook on the iPhone? 

I will see if I can get a member of the community team to look into this for you.
