local files is not showing up in settings page

My Question or Issue
my local files just randomly dissapeared from my settings page but before it worked perfectly fine but i want to listen to my downloaded music from my pc but now i cant i would like to know why this happaned

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

The option was recently moved to Settings > Apps and devices, so you should be able to find it there. Make sure you've also allowed Spotify to access Media & Apple Music. This can be done from your iPhone's settings >  Privacy & Security.
