missing playlist

I created a playlist while i was in the US and when i returned to Canada I can not find the playlist.   I have looked and i do not have any deleted playlists to restore.  How can i get the playlist i created back?

Hi @Liz9, welcome to the Spotify Community!

Are you sure you created this playlist in the same account you're searching now?

Was it public? If so, can't you find it in the search tab? I can also look for it if you tell me the title 🙂

Thanks for the reply:)

I only have one spotify account.  It was called 2017, and i think it was private.

Just to note, i have a playlist called 2107 currently - This is a new one that i did not name the same so it would not overwrite the existing one.

I see, @Liz9. That's odd...

In this case I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.

There are a few ways to contact them. One is via Twitter - just send them a Direct Message @SpotifyCares.

Another great way is to use the Facebook support. Shoot them a message here: Spotify Cares. They generally reply very quickly.

If you don't want to use the social media channels, you can fill out the online contact form. Make sure to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply. Support usually gets back within a day or two.

Hope this is more helpful 🙂
