my local song files won’t show up

i downloaded some songs and they don’t show up in my library even though the setting is turned on

Could you confirm that you've followed the steps from this article? Make sure that Spotify is allowed to access your local network. You can check that in your device's Settings > Privacy > Local Network > Spotify.
