Does this happen consistently and is it always 30 seconds?  If yes, it's possible that a third party app could be interfering with your playback. We've had an instance where the desktop extension of Discord had been enabling the microphone every 30 seconds, causing the playback to pause and stop and I'm wondering if the same thing is happening on your end.

You can verify if this is the case by going into your 3rd party apps list - click here, note down any apps you'd like to re-add later and start removing them one by one to see if anything would make a difference. 

Another thing you can try is removing the cached data on the device. Log out of the app and back in twice in a row after this to trigger a manual sync of your settings.

Lastly, in case the issue remains - we'd like to know if it's occurring on a single device or across multiple ones.
