payed but no premium

i get premium for free from rogers, ive had it for about 2 months and nowspotify sent emails saying they wre unable to take my payment, everythin is fine on rogers end, i called and checked everything, it is spotify that will not take the payments from rogers. and i have only 1 account. dont tell me its a different account when i have only ever made on! HELP  THIS IS MAKING ME SO MAD!
