playing music offline

I just got spotify premium and I downloaded a playlist to play it off line but it won't let me play it again unless I dowload it again so do you have to dowload a playlist every time you want to listen to it offline?

Do a quick reinstall of Spotify. Make sure to follow the steps stated on here.

Now, if tracks or playlists aren't fully syncing for offline use, check:

• The device is not in sleep mode.
• There is enough free space to sync the songs (we recommend 1GB or more).
• The device has an active Internet connection.
• You haven't reached the limit of 3333 songs per device.
