playlist moving from premium to non premium

Hello,

I am wondering since i bought premium account if i could move the playlist from one premium account to an other non premium one in the same phone?

And to be able to listen to those tracks offline.

The easiest way to transfer your music to another account is to use the desktop app:

1. Make sure all your playlists are set to Public.
2. Once you've confirmed all your playlists are public, log out of your account.
3. Log in to your new account and search for your other account's profile. 
4. Head to the tab Public Playlists. All your playlists should be displayed there.
5. Open a playlist and select all the songs contained in it.
6. Right-click the selected songs and click Add to Playlist > New Playlist or drag songs to the + New Playlist section in the bottom left corner. This step will create a new playlist to your new account containing the same songs. You can name the playlist the same name it had on the old account if you wish, or give it a different one.
7. Repeat for all your playlists.

If you don't want to transfer your music, you can just follow the playlists from the other account by clicking the heart icon, so they appear in Your library. 

If you want to listen to music offline, you need a Premium account to do that. You can read more on that in this Support article.
