playlist vanishing from iphone 6+ but not computer

I have been having this issue for a week. My iphone 6+ is losing my playlist everytime that I close the app.

The next time that I open spotify on the iphone, and go to the playlist section all playlist are missing. I can retrieve them temporarly by adding a new playlist on my phone, then all the playlist reappear, and the playlist I am adding on my phone are being persisted to my account, as they are accessible on my computer. Even more infuriating than this issue is one that started at precisely the same time. The second issue is that all songs under all circumstances are stopping playback at exactly 95 seconds. This is connected to wifi and downloaded. Not connected to wifi and downloaded. Connected to wifi and streaming. Or not connected to wifi and streaming. It does not matter, playback is stopping at 95 seconds everytime. I can resume playback by manually moving the cursor at the bottom. However listening to more than 95 seconds of uninterrupted audio is impossible.

Things I have tried......

RESTARTING THE APPLICATION. I have done this 100 times at least.

UNINSTALLING AND REINSTALLING THE APPLICATION. I have done this 20 times at least.

VERIFYING THAT I AM IN THE CORRECT ACCOUNT. It is the same playlist they are just vanishing. My membership status in the application is premium.

I pay for this service. I need assitane from a moderator or whoever monitors these, as I am not receiving the services that I am paying for.
