Hi, if i log in via my laptop spotify says that i have a premium account but if i log in via the app it says that i have a Free account.. While i have a premium account. When I used my account the first week there weren't any problems but after a week I got this problem and I tried everything but nothing helps. I added the screens so you can see what I mean and you can also see that my premium account Should be available until the 26th of next October. I couldn't use my account for about a week now!! Can you please help me

That's no fun! Let's try a reinstall of the Spotify app. Here are some instructions on how to do that! Let me know how that works out!

I all ready did that several times, but it doesn't work

Hmm... Are you logged into the same account as on your other devices? You can have two accounts at Spotify. Here are some instructions on how to check that. Let me know how that works out!
