I have my cellular data on but have turned off cellular data for spotify app. I am trying to listen to an offline playlist but it is still using my cellular data.  Am I doing something incorrect?

Hey @abmelton

First you will need to download your music as instructed here:
https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/search_play/listen-offline/

Then make sure to put the Spotify app in offline mode if you want to make sure you do not use any mobile data:

  1. Tap Your Library .
  2. Tap Settings .
  3. Tap Playback.
  4. Switch Offline on.

Then you can play your offline music (in offine mode) without using any data
