"An error occurred" since a month

"An error occurred" since a month

Hi I'm an italian guy, I have an iphone 4S and I cant use the spotify app. When I log in my name in the bottom left corner of the app doesnt appear, my id number does. Then when I try to search a song, or when I go to the playlist section, the app says "an error occurred". I tryed 2 times to uninstall-reboot iphone-reinstall the app but it still doesnt work, neither the creation of a new account worked it out. What could I do?

Since you have already tried all of the troubleshooting steps,

 

I suggest you contact support so they can help you. Make sure you tell them that you have already tried reinstalling the app.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

well, they didn't answer back, but with the last update everything went back to normality 🙂 thanks for the support
