"blue" shuffle button

My Question or Issue

Can someone please tell me why the shuffle button is showing up in a blue color instead of green on my iphone and I am unable to turn it off? (see attached photos)

This means that your account is not premium.

Does it display as premium on other devices?

You said your account was "Free/Premium" and I'm not sure entirely what you mean by that.

On desktop, you can pick whatever song you want, even without premium. Although you will have ads.

This applies more to mobile, but here are the differences below:

thanks for posting in the community !

The blue shuffle mark means you're using a free subscription of the app.

Meaning, playlists will be playing in Shuffle mode without a possibility of switching it off.
