"unable to play track" on iphone 5s

Description

I got a new Iphone 5s and spotify refuses to play any tracks with the error message " unable to play track" . I have cleared history/cookies, rebooted, reinstalled but the problem remains.

This is true for streaming and syncing.

1. Hit play on a song

2. get the "unable to play track:" after a few seconds

is this Track Linked as a Local File on your iPhone 5s?

no. I was playing music that I had started to download as an offline track but then tried new music off the discovery page and radio.

Silly question but you have a current premium subscription shown on your account overview?

Interesting thing is that Spotify seems to work when I am on 4g/LTE. Playing any songs on my home network gives me the "unable to play track" error. Playing songs on my wifi only ipad on the same network is fine.
