same issues have been going on for years - why?

same issues have been going on for years - why?

I see that this problem has been going on for years, with other users.
 
This is what I do not understand. Why wouldn't Spotify try to correct this?
 
Spotify on my iPhone 6 is constantly crashing. It is connected to my Macbook Air, while I am trying to download my songs to the iPod.
 
In a previous email, I requested that Spotify cancel my Premium account. This has not been done.
 
 

Can anyone tell me if there is an actual solution to this problem?

That sounds annoying. Let's see what we can do about it.

 

Can you describe the issue in detail? Perhaps I can reproduce it then. Some questions to help me figure out the details:

  1. Do you have the latest version of Spotify on your iPhone 6?
  2. Have you tried reinstalling Spotify on your iPhone 6?
  3. When does the issue occur? (Is it only if your iPhone is hooked up to your Mac while you're downloading on your iPod? Or is it less specific?)
  4. Can you describe the crash? Does your screen freeze, does the app close, does your music stop- what happens exactly?

As for your email: Did you get an automated reply to your email about canceling Premium? If so, just reply to to that email and Support will help you out.
