some songs wont play

IPhone / iOS 13.1

I cant play some songs on my iphone (i.e. https://open.spotify.com/album/4bNwPPpk01D8pVV9IFSBde) AND(!) in a webclient on a windows PC. They are not greyed out, simply nothing happens when tapping or clicking on the song.

Other users on other devices have no problems to play these songs.

reinstalled allready spotify on my iphone.

it must have something to do with my account , BUT WHAT? it really makes me mad

please help
