song wont play

i downloaded a song and its downloaded fully to my library, but everytime i try to play it, it never starts and no sound happens when i skip to a part of the song. even when i skip to a part it doesnt continue the track it just stays stopped and doesnt play. ive tried re downloading it, and reopening the app several times and it only does this with that song.

This might sound repitivie, but try reinistalling Spotify from what I have read online about this problem, the solution has been to reinstall Spotify. Sorry that you will have to redownload all your music.
